Bryan joined the Lone Rock Foundation as the Executive Chef in April of 2021. As an accomplished leader in the hospitality space, he brings extensive operational experience to Lone Rock. This includes group demands at high volume convention centers, upscale dining at restaurants and casual to fine dining at boutique and luxury hotels.
Bryan began experimenting in his craft at the age of seven with Grandma Gloria. As a traditional Italian family, they regularly planned meals for 20 people with pasta always on the menu. He has even blessed Lone Rock with Grandma’s delectable pizzelle recipe.
Lone Rock’s mission has special significance to Bryan who has upwards of 7 family members in the education community. When not cooking, Bryan loves to travel with his wife and learn about the people and cultures of the lands they journey to.
